These samples are from a new site that is still in Beta but it definitely looks promising so far. The site is called Sircle Samples and instead of paying a monthly fee you provide product reviews and answer surveys to earn points that you then redeem for samples. It was very easy to earn points right away and I earned these 3 samples basically from filling out my beauty profile and answering a few surveys. The samples I received were:
